Delivery Schedule

Delivery is free with every online orders over $50 for Sale, Wurruk, Stratford, Briagolong, Boisdale, Bushy Park, Maffra, Bairnsdale, Wy Yung Lindenow, Paynesville, Nicholson Metung, Swan Reach, Johnsonville & Longford.

For areas outside the above, we charge a small delivery fee.

Packing your order

We'd like to make it easy for you to use and store your purchase, so at the checkout we’ll ask you how many people (or serving portions) you would like us to bundle and pack your order for.

This means you can unwrap or freeze the portion sizes that work for you. Just another way we are bringing quality Gippsland produce to you.

Unattended Delivery

Where you have nominated that no one will be present for the delivery, your delivery will be left as per your instructions and responsibility and ownership of the products transfer to you at that time. Please read our complete Delivery and Storage of Products.

Refunds and Returns

Shaws Quality Meats handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. If you notice an error or other issue with your order, please notify us by email to hello@shawsqualitymeats.com.au within 24 hours of Delivery.

Changes or Cancellation

We understand your needs can change from time to time. We will gladly cancel product items or your full order if you notify us within 48 hrs of placing your order and at least 48 hrs prior to the day of your delivery.

If you do not or are unable to notify us prior to this time, we can only process your request on a best efforts basis and at our sole discretion.

Please be aware that depending on the timing of your notification and the number of orders we are processing, we may not be able to process your cancellation or change to your order.

Orders that have already been prepared for dispatch for delivery cannot be cancelled and no refund will be available.
